Oh my god.

That show is horrible.

Yes it is but they keep showing it. It's not even listed on the tv guide built in to the satellite. They just shove it on just be south park , scrubs ,frasier and more which annoys the crap out of me as BAM it comes up out of nowhere during the adverts. I'd rather have adverts than that crap.

And worse? That was a cut! the actual one after the postcard with title is like an extra 4-5 minutes of the show

I just remembered another pet peeve. I almost forgot about this one b/c I've been out of the states for so long (i lived in the US for 10 years, in case you didn't know) but one of my biggest pet peeves is people who love Michegan...

I'm all for loving your home, but Micheganders are SO annoying about it.

I am sick and tired of these ridiculous and baseless statements getting steam and mileage.

I would love it-LOVE it-if I could listen to a liberal conservative debate where neither side (particularly the latter, they need the most work with it lately) resorted to petty name calling and call it a legitimate arguement.

But no, I have to stomach this ****.

The worst part of this is, that I know that somewhere, there's a member of the right that doesn't have their head up their *** and can actually give a decent arguement.

Anyone know where the **** I can find one?

The part that bothers me the most is how obviously most of their arguments have nothing to do with the subject and are only being made because they don't like the particular president doing it. "It's the not the president's job to talk to kids about school!!!!".... Really? Because it seems to me, both in theory and in the case of the actual speech, it seems like such a cool, old-fashioned American Dream sort of thing, I have a hard time believing they'd care if it was McCain.

My pet peeve is people who can't spell Michigan. Actually it's not because I don't think I've ever seen Michigan misspelled. That was very Canadian of you.

And believe me, no one over the age of 5 thinks it's "that cool" that Michigan is shaped like a mitten. It's just very convenient for mapping purposes, and you'd better believe we're going to take advantage of that.

I got one:

I have to drive 30 minutes so I can go to my chemistry class, when I get to campus I have to park. The problem is that there is nowhere to park in the parking lot, so I've been parking in spaces that weren't parking spots (a number of other people have been forced to do this too), in fact I would have to come to campus 2 hours early minimum to find an open spot (I'm already coming 1 hour early and not finding anything). Anyway the places I end parking in the parking lot don't inconvenience anyone or anything, but today I got a $40 ticket for parking there. I see the cop giving out tickets to other cars and I go up and ask him why he gave me a ticket, he says I wasn't in a parking spot and I say that all of the regular spots were full, and that I had no choice. He says that I should have parked at one of the other lots or at a parking meter, I explain that all of the other lots and parking meters were full and that I only have clearance to park in this lot. I explain that I paid $75 dollars so that I could have a parking space, and that I can't drive around for an hour hoping that I can find a space before everyone else does. He says too bad and that I should get my money back.
