I'm sure Dragon is going to return Robin to Luffy. I'm also sure there's more going on behind the scenes than we know.

This is One Piece. Someone could post fake spoilers of Zoro coming to the rescue on the backs of giant rapping flamingoes and it would seems credible.

Replace Zoro with Usopp and I could see it.

It's funny enough seeing Sanji in a dress.
 
So. Usopp is now fat. I. . .don't really know what to make of that.

As for the story, more setup, but this brings some interesting ideas to the table. Whitebeard shows up with a fleet of pirates from the New World, and he completely bypasses the blockade. Also, looks like someone opened up the gates for Luffy and his crew of renegades, but who? Hancock would be a likely candidate, but she's been with the Shichibukai the entire time. I'm guessing either Blackbeard (From Impel Down) or Dragon.

I think it's very interesting that Whitebeard was setting Ace up to be the new Pirate King. It seems Oda is setting up Ace to be one of Luffy's final opponents, along with Blackbeard.

Looks like the next issue is going to bring the thunder. . .
 
I don't know what to make of Usopp either.

As for the fight scene that will be in the next issue. Awesome.

I'm wondering where Luffy's favorite pirate is.

Good question. Last we heard, he had intersected Kaidou. Maybe he's keeping him and his allies tied up?

I'm sure Oda didn't want to bring Shanks back into the story this early. It's going to be a huge event when those two are reunited.

And it was. Even though there wasn't an actual fight scene.

Looks like both Luffy and Ace knew about Ace's father, Ace was just lying to his enemy. (Luffy's reveal that he knew was hilarious, by the way.)

Yeah, that was awesome. I also liked Luffy's reveal to Ivankov.

I'm not sure that I like that Whitebeard has a Devil Fruit power, though. I really hope there are some bigger pirates out there that just rely on themselves. I'll be very disappointed if Mihawk or Shanks have DFs.

But, his power is pretty intense, though. Earthquakes? Goes to show that Logias aren't always the best fruit, I guess. . .

And all of this has been happening without anyone from the crew (Save the cover pages). This series is crazy.

We never find out what the big news coming out of the Shabondy Archipelago was. I have to imagine that the rest of the Strawhats have gathered and are making a scene of some kind. Maybe even taking the newly coated Sunny to Mariejoa for a reunion.
 
It is WAY too coincidental that Zoro's (And, therefore, the entire crew's) story ended right as Luffy is about to clash with Mihawk.

This is it. The return of the Strawhats and, more importantly, Zoro versus Mihawk, Round 2.
