Seeing as a Monkey family ritual seems to be "beating the **** out of each other," I think it's a given.

EDIT: OK...I was wrong.

I was kind of hoping this wouldn't happen, but I apprechiate that she's still a ***** to everyone else. Also, her backstory was more sympethetic then I thought it would be.

From the looks of things, Houde's theory that they all got sent to places to make them stronger is dead on. Nami's at a weather island, Franky's on an island with steampunk eskimos and cyborg hunting dogs, and Luffy got sent to a place where other people can use this Haki. And there must be some reason Sanji hasn't succumbed to the effects of his island.

The only reasons I can think of why Kuma would do this is either he's working for Dragon or he wants to mold them into Shichibukai.

More than likely he'll provide the distraction necessary to sneak Luffy past the guards that are going to search Boa. I wouldn't be surprised if Luffy helped bust him out afterwards though.
