I'm waiting until it comes out for clarification on whether it is the exact same or just a Marvel Comics version that went through similar events.

I'm more interested in the TVA series, has there been any more news on that?

Look at this way: If 2028 is the end of time for these earlier timelines, 2028 is also the dawn of time for this 'soft reboot' MCU. Everything that happened previously still happened but imagine a gap that is "Secret Wars" where Earth-199999 ends and a revised Earth-199999 begins.

As for the events of Logan, it can still exist as a branch. Branching can still occur but the X-Men's main future from 2028-onwards is vastly different and much less bleak.

It is 66250 according to Marvel Handbook site. IMO, 41633 on the other hand contains the version of Cable's future in which his family never gets killed.
 
I wonder about the full timeline of the Sacred Timeline that leads to He Who Remains. I doubt 199999 will still lead to that future after the events of Loki.
