Well if you want to get technical for Mangaverse and Earth X they appeared in the Spider-Verse comics so that makes basically absolutely everything Marvel canon, in which case you're missing a few comic books there lol
Besides that tho haha it seems that the Ultimate Spider-Man show Spidey is in the film which also then includes Avengers Assemble, Hulk and the Agents of SMASH and by extension Guardians of the Galaxy and Spider-Man (2017) in the world after the Secrets Wars arc. And possibly the 90s Spider-Man which also includes then the 90s X-Men

Technically Earth-67 is an alternate Earth-6799.
That is the thing that says the Appendix of the Handbook of the Marvel Universe, now that I read it technically nothing suggests that the one in the Into The Spiderverse movie is Earth-6799 instead of Earth-67.

My headcannon is that the 60s Spider-Man show happened on Earth 67 in 1967-1970 before the events of into the spider-verse occur in 2018 and when spider-man 2099 travels to earth 67 (which is in the past because it's set in the 60s) he creates a branch timeline e.g. Creating Earth 68 or Earth 67B etc.

Also in timeline related news it means that the post credits scene for Ms Marvel Episode 6 is either an extended scene from the beginning of the Marvels or it's a straight up clip from the movie, kinda like the Ant-man 3 post credits scene may or may not be a clip from Loki S02
Which leads me to Secret Invasion,So secret Invasion HAS to happen before The Marvels because fury is not with the skrulls (as shown in the spider-man far from home post credits scene) and because Everett Ross is on the run from the authorities (as shown in Black Panther Wakanda Forever's Ending) and by the bombing seen in the trailer and early filming pics of the same set this occurs Around Unity Day (Early November)
So with all of that information we are looking at Secret Invasion being set in November 2025 and by extension The Marvels is set sometime in Early to Mid 2026 Presumably after the GotG Vol 3 which is set early 2026

My thoughts: The Ms. Marvel post credit scene will be moved forward so it can fit the show during the September-October period, Secret Invasion taking the Unity Day as reference (so November) and maybe this could fit between the rest of the year? (November-December)

If they say SHIELD is no longer a thing in Secret Invasion (probably the last time we'll see Nick Fury in the MCU) then I'd consider AoS non-canon.
However, SHIELD was still 'around' in Spider-Man: Far From Home so maybe Alphonso "Mack" Mackenzie is still director.
