It's easier to just list the main films/shows Earth numbers and not all original Earths within those shows, What If being an exception due to the shows nature. Also the Marvel Animated Universe (2012-2017) had its own Spiderverse-like events in Ultimate Spider-Man, but I think all of the alternate worlds where not named
So with the confirmation of a link between the Spider-Verse and the MCU, I guess these pieces of media are now canon:

Would you say this is overkill, or do you all agree? Is there anything I've missed?
I might draw the line at the main 616 universe, haha.Well if you want to get technical for Mangaverse and Earth X they appeared in the Spider-Verse comics so that makes basically absolutely everything Marvel canon, in which case you're missing a few comic books there lol
Besides that tho haha it seems that the Ultimate Spider-Man show Spidey is in the film which also then includes Avengers Assemble, Hulk and the Agents of SMASH and by extension Guardians of the Galaxy and Spider-Man (2017) in the world after the Secrets Wars arc. And possibly the 90s Spider-Man which also includes then the 90s X-Men
Earth-67 Cartoonish Spider-Man (Peter Parker) battled with Web-Warriors against the vampiric Inheritors. Amazing Spider-Man #9 (2015)
"EARTH-6799" (Dr. Octopus, Plutonians, Dr. Smarter, Spider-Man) -
--Spider-Man cartoon episode 1: Sub-Zero for Spidey (September 9, 1967)
That is the thing that says the Appendix of the Handbook of the Marvel Universe, now that I read it technically nothing suggests that the one in the Into The Spiderverse movie is Earth-6799 instead of Earth-67.Earth-67 Cartoonish Spider-Man (Peter Parker) battled with Web-Warriors against the vampiric Inheritors. My headcannon is that the 60s Spider-Man show happened on Earth 67 in 1967-1970 before the events of into the spider-verse occur in 2018 and when spider-man 2099 travels to earth 67 (which is in the past because it's set in the 60s) he creates a branch timeline e.g. Creating Earth 68 or Earth 67B etc. That is the thing that says the Appendix of the Handbook of the Marvel Universe, now that I read it technically nothing suggests that the one in the Into The Spiderverse movie is Earth-6799 instead of Earth-67.

Multiple Darkholds exist, lol. They're just different books that were both transcriptions of Chthon's writings on Mount Wundagore. We have Agatha's Darkhold and the Dark Dimension Darkhold.Rumor: 'Agatha: Coven of Chaos' to Decanonize 'Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D' - Murphy's Multiverse
