This is brilliant. I love the Quicksilver and court room scenes.

But I find the Houde segments far too dramatic. I think the serious tone and powerful emotional resonance of this man's journey into the fires of hell is totally inappropriate considering the tone of the rest of the fic.

The day nears and end, and Bass is far from discovering the identity of the murderer. Loebendis even tries to help, well, help Hawkeye101 make Bass extremely annoyed. Cad and Doc Comic get to listen to Roguefan's sequence of events. MWoF, Orson and Compound confront some gang members, Random, Entropy, and a new gang in town.

And Houde makes one more fateful decision.
