I wish that losing Extremis was done on Fraction's terms though.
 
I enjoyed the first arc of this book. It was decent. Then I saw that it guest starred Spider-Man and forgot all about it. I just downloaded the latest arc and have started to read it... it's good. Much more interesting than the first arc. I like Tony and Osborn against each other.

Question; Iron Man's currently not on any Avengers team, right?

I like Matt Fraction. He is a good successor to Warren Ellis on Iron Man.
 
I liked the 5 Nightmares story too. I haven't read anything since because I'm tradewaiting.
 
Iron Man vs. Namor should be great. Round 2, isn't it?
 
I haven't been enjoying Iron Man series since Extremis ended, but somehow I keep reading it...Pepper Potts suit is kind of nice, finally Marvel has introduced a hero that doesn't have anything "offensive" :)
 
Stark escaped Namor by getting into that giant underwater suit that Wolverine had in Guggenheim's arc.

Now Osborn has enlisted the Hood's help... :D

....and he was only able to escape by distracting Namor via polluting his waters with waste/sewage from his underwater lab.

It's a shame because his Uncanny X-Men is pretty boring compared to all his other stuff.
 
Oh.....and here I thought there was gonna be all this talk about Fraction's Iron Man and not the state of the X-Men.
 
Compared to how Larocca draws him with facial hair (that weird 80's porn/Magnum PI moustache instead of the goatee like every other artist draws) I actually prefer him without.

Hey! I never said the Tom Selleck 'Stache doesn't look awesome. The Tom Selleck 'Stache only looks good on Tom Selleck and 20-something year old drunk people at Halloween parties.

On Tony Stark? Not so much.
