Michael B. Jordan Says Fantastic Four Sequel Is Definitely Up In The Air
One of the stars of Fantastic Four isn't sure if a sequel will be made. Speaking with MTV International to promote Creed, Michael B. Jordan answered a question about a Fantastic Four sequel, which is scheduled to film this year. "That's definitely something that's up in the air," Jordan told the interviewer. "Especially after, you know, the first one."
"Especially after, you know, the first one."
Nope.I figured out how you make a sequel to this.
DARK AND GRITTY FOUND FOOTAGE GALACTUS DISASTER MOVIE
The F4 would show up three times. Once at the beginning to meet the Silver Surfer in Central Park for an exposition dump, once in the middle to get beat by Galactus and once at the end to save the day. They behave exactly like they do in the comics. The movie would then follow the family that the Surfer decides to stay with to learn about Earth's culture. The film would be very somber and mellow to make things the family and the Surfer do seem more extraordinary. It'd be like Marvels, but fitting into the tone of the first film.
Nope.
So I just watched the 1994 and the 2015 Fantastic Fours back to back. I know, I'm a glutton for punishment, but I had never seen either of them, and I figured I probably should at some point.
The 1994 movie is bad - really, really bad. I'm not sure how the actors in it thought it was a serious project.
They felt like cartoon characters. Especially Doom. You're nuts, the 1994 one is the best Fantastic Four movie we've ever had. It got the character correct,
The story was generic.the story was good,
:sure:and when Reed is reaching for Victor at the end I was on the edge of my seat wondering what was going to happen next.
Well measuring by the other three isn't really a very high bar. But I think the 2005 one is probably better. But to each his own, Wyo.Compared to the other three it's a masterpiece. I bought it on DVD even.

Everyone who put together the '94 knew it was crap. It was only done so the film rights weren't lost. I never finished that one. I think I went like 15 or minutes before I stopped watching it. 2015's better by comparison, but that's not saying much. At all.
I'm not saying it's a good movie by any stretch of the imagination, just better than the others. I think you underestimate how desperate I am for my favorite superhero comic to be adapted properly lol. 1994 was the closest we've come.
