DC Extended Universe / DC Universe - Timeline

so far everything i can think of that has been referenced in cc:

- a mission led by waller of a team that included peacemaker, rick flag and weasel (and resulting in the death of rick flag jr) occurred around 2 years prior to creature commandos (this is a clear reference to the suicide squad, however outside of these specific details anything could be subject to change in any kind of flashbacks or retellings)
- john economos injured his leg during another mission for waller, more recently than the one mentioned above, stopping an alien invasion; this mission eventually results in waller no longer able to recruit humans (this is a clear reference to the events of peacemaker season 1, however we still have yet to know to what extent that entirely happened in this universe; gunn has said it will be directly addressed in season 2) [to contrast this, in dceu canon in may 2023, around when cc is assumed to be, but not yet known for certain, in the dcu, economos' leg is now fully healed and waller was also involved in the formation of the jla, both things clearly are not meant to have happened within the dcu]

Which makes me think the League are already a thing and Gunn meant we haven't SEEN them in his DCU yet.
Alternately, it could just be a concept or protocol not enacted yet in the DCU; something set up by select heroes as a measure they will only do when necessary a la a world-ending event.

the league members (gg, hawkgirl & terrific) seem to be wearing white
lord industries
uniforms beneath their individual costumes, either he's the waller to the jla in this universe or maybe he's
working with lex but attempting to obfuscate it by having his men or bots go after terrific?

My guess with the League or the hypothetic protocol in the DCU is they have shortlist of those can participate in protecting the world.
Although due to limited resources, time and other realistic constraints that prevent them from being there as a group all the time, they aren't an ever-existing hero group (yet) like the Avengers.

Maybe that's why The Authority is created, to be a permanent and public "superhero" group separate from the League.

i know its unlikely but could it be a montage over multiple years?
