The final scene is in a new 52 style reality based on flashes suit. Maybe it is, but that would be unnecessary confusing. It's definitely not a previous timeline. Could you clarify the third timeline theory?

Well, DCAU resource put it this way "The Flash was still puzzled why he still retained memories from the Flashpoint era. As he mused it was a temporal after-effect, Batman interjected and remarked it was a gift." Since Batman and Flash have different suits and Batman is voiced by Kevin Conroy, it would seem to imply that either Flash returned to the OG timeline seen in the beginning of that film or he's in a third timeline we haven't seen since this scene. When he enters the speedforce at the end, it's possible he goes to the New 52 timeline and all of his memory's wear off since he mentioned it was "temporal". Just a theory. Either way, it's difficult to figure out exactly. Head-canon may have to be the best way.

The original timeline had different suits so a third timeline sounds about right.

Cool. Just note that the post credits scene with the Parademons isn't necessarily directly before JL War. I think Jay Oliva stated on Twitter that this isn't the first time Parademons have come to earth.

Yeah, but both movies are in November. It's not necessarily directly before it, but it's pretty damn close.

It could be the November before JL War too. That would give time for Flash's memory and costume changes.

Bane is set to appear in Batman: Hush. Likely it will make sense, what with Waller in the film too, but if it conflicts with the comic, the Timeline goes:

Why are the years different?
 
Been doing some research of my own, came across an interview with Heath Corson that says Throne of Atlantis is a week after War



From what I understand, the Nightwing and Robin short occurs during that movie, which means either Son of Batman would also occur in that week or before JL: War

I don't recall Son of Batman referencing War, but to keep production order, it would have to occur after. Not sure how it should be handled.
