Let's go easy on the non Civil War spoilers in this thread (even if they may or may not be related).

If something is being spoiled for ASM, even if it's in the Civil War tie-in, it really should go in the ASM thread. Marked or not.

I'm not going to remove the existing spoilers and it's not a huge deal. Just let's cool it.

Well, this may be a reason why Cassaday will take longer with Astonishing:

Up at Wizarduniverse.com -- John Cassaday draws Iron Man Fallen Son:Acceptance.
So who is the fallen son and what is Iron Man accepting?

Well, Cassady doesn't schedule the Super Bowl and Hitch didn't create the leap year, but you didn't jump on my theories about them!
That's because when referenced to their work, they actually DO work on every issue.

And wow. Look at my subnic. Time we all follow it.

I don't know if is new or deserves it's own thread but I found this http://www.marvel.com/news/-1.766

I know its on the official web site so most of you will of seen it but I think it shows the order of Civil war comics for those whom want to collect it. If it's not in order then its still cool Visual Guide

Ok so I bought a load of marvel comics today around civil war. Using a check list on the internet of starting with amazing spider-man #529 and I got all up to fantastic 4 #542

cost me a little but I think its worth it as this series seems interesting. However I one tiny question. Why did they bring in the registration act? what comic caused it? and could some one give me a brief synopsis on what lead up to spider-man #529 (when he firsts gets iron spider costume)?

It's supposed to be a reaction to a culmination of recent events, but the main catalyst was in Civil War #1.

i love civil war i cant wait for the end

Well, I think that Millar's doing a good job writing it, and I love McNivens art...but something just feels wrong. Especially issue #6. Which sucked. Cap's line at the end was so weak...and Millar usually writes the best one liners.
