I finally saw The Fisher King last night and really liked it. It was almost like Terry Gilliam meets Woody Allen. It also makes me even more excited for True Grit because it's a pretty seminal Jeff Bridges performance. I'm so glad he finally got an Oscar last year.

Challenge: Read more than a paragraph of it without violently rolling your eyes. I'm sure some of these really are great movies, but seriously, how can anyone compile a whole list like this with a straight face?

I mean holy ****, I get wordy about films, but look at Tom McCormack's ****ing entry. He felt the need to write 200 words(including "cathexis") when he could've made the same point by saying "Has anyone else heard of this whole lollicats thing on the You tube?".

ugh, couldn't do it. It was my understanding that the article was supposed to be top movie moments of 2010 yet, each person who writes an entry only talks about their favorite thing, movie, meme from whenever. WTF?
