Lost *spoilers*

A little off-topic, but Rodrigo Santoro (Paolo) is virtually unrecognizable as Xerxes in 300. At least from the trailers and promotional pics.

Am I the only one here who doesn't hate Nikki and Paolo? Ever since I had this dream where it turned out they were Vampires set out to kill everyone on the island, I've become very interested in their upcoming "extreme importance" (Damon and Carlton's words, not mine).

I didn't see 300. As for his acting on LOST, I think it has more to do with the terrible lines he's given, which hasn't helped with the producers' hoping to integrate them into the cast without fan outcry. Which is exactly what's happened. I have a feeling we may start to like his acting after his upcoming flashback episode...

Okay, this is just stupid, get over your silly little hatred for someone who hasn't had a chance to shine yet on the show. The guy is a good actor from the various movies and TV shows he has been in.

I don't hate Paolo or Nikki, there hasn't been enough of them on screen to hate
 
I don't actually hate them either...

But it does bother me how they have been here on the island this whole time and now they all of a sudden begin to get involved with everything.

That doesnt bother me because its difficult to introduce new characters after older ones have died off, specially under these conditions. So I'm willing to give them a chance even though they are kind of forced on. There were good ways to bring them in but wasnt well done.
 
We'll see what they've been up to, hopefully, when they get a flashback. I'm interested to see where they'll take these characters.

Tonight's episode was awesome. Glad to see some secrets finally put out in the open, both to us and various characters. And if, somewhere down the path, the castaways do get rescued, I hope it's because of the birds, and not the EMP station tracking thing.
