Lost *spoilers*

What an episode!

The development in this episode was great... We actually got ANSWERS! Of course, there are still questions, but woah - we found SOMETHING out. It's still just as entertaining to find out about the DHARMA Initiative and the "Hostiles"... Probably even better now that there seems to be a direction.

Sayid's character is really interesting, too. One of the few characters left from the original cast that still has life in him yet. Cool.

Overall, GREAT episode. 9/10.

I thought the episode was mediocre, mainly because we got virtually NO answers at all. I'm curious to know which answers you're talking about.

The folders upon folders that....got blown up? The computer program that.... got blown up? The radio tower that wasn't the one Rousseau used that....got blown up? The apprehension of Ms. Klugh, who we've been waiting to see for months, only for her to....get shot dead without saying anything?

Even the Sayid backstory just seemed like catharical filler. We know he feels terrible guilt. It's been established over and over. I really don't think his backstories have much life left in them at ALL.

Yeah, this episode wasnt great but it was very good. I just feel the reveal of Patch was anticlimatic since we've been waiting for it for quite a while. I am interested in next week with that security fence thing

You forget that Mikhail was lying to them the whole time...its entirely possible that was a lie also, which seems likely since Mrs. Klugh was willing to die rather than give them information.
I'm on the fence with that with the whole video and all, but yeah, it's still possible.

But I wouldn't call that a huge answer either way. It's something, but not on a huge scale.

Sayid asked him again... And he admitted that he lied about being apart of the DHARMA Initiative, but said what he told Sayid was true. This was after Ms. Klugh had died, too.

Oh yeah, I forgot about the video. Still, like I said, it is possible the Hostiles and Others are different entities (though not likely).

My guess? The Others are immortal, almost God-like, shape-shifting aliens who've lived on the island for millions of years, removed from humanity and conducting weird experiments. And at some point they built a giant four-toed statue.

Now I pose the question, have you ever seen one of the Others with their shoes off, and counted their toes? Hmmmm....have you?

Not to me it didn't. I clearly saw Locke throw or push him into the fence. We'll know for sure next week, but I'm positive Locke pushed him.
Yeah, I saw Locke push him, too. If he wants to try and kill the group when they least expect it, why would he just off himself like that? But yeah, Locke pushed him because someone yelled "No!" when his arms went out pushing the dude.

Well, if Klugh died so that they could not find out any real information, it's possible Mikhail would do the same with the security system.

I thought Locke pushed him, too, but now that I think about it, that's not in Locke's character to put another life in danger for the sake of his purposely. Boone was an accident, this woud be intentional.

I agree with Random, it looked to me like he ran in and Locke was reaching to pull him back in.

I agree that you're both wrong.

I don't think Locke has much of an issue in terms of killing an Other. An innocent, sure, but not one of the Others. I think old Locke is in the mood for revenge, especially after the way Ben manipulated him in the Hatch.

I thought that was a great episode. We didn't get many answers, but we still got something. Lost is starting to get better and better.
