You lacked the comics:
LEGO Marvel Super Heroes (Comics)
Marvel Universe Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2 1 (The second story is a story featuring the LEGO versions of the Guardians of the Galaxy)
Custom Lego 2020 Comic
LEGO Spider-Man: The Chemical Reaction
LEGO Spider-Man: Home Invasion

Yeah I know but the lack of dialogue means it's hard to pinpoint it in continuity

Shouldn't Thor: The Dark World be set after Iron Man 3 in 2014, or before Iron Man 3 in 2013? Iron Man 3 is set in December. I remember the snow and I'm pretty sure there was Christmas decorations in the level, correct me if I'm wrong.

I fixed the DLC's place in the timeline to be in the same time period as the source material

I have found that some LEGO Marvel magazines are actually published here in Spain! They were apparently released as regular magazines and now they have released like one of those mystery packages where you don't know which small toy is inside the package but with magazines so, the package says that it includes 2 random magazines of a total of 7. The Marvel wiki says that the comics are 7 issues long, so, maybe they the same comics released in 2012-2013, but they include characters like Doctor Strange and Shuri that debuted in the MCU later, which makes me doubt if they are the same comics. Also the package with 2 magazines says "No. 1" so maybe they are more issues and "No. 2" has 8-14 and so on. Also if they are the same ones probably the release order in Spain is the same order that in English, but maybe no.
I bought one and got Issues 5 and 7.

There must be more things that what the Marvel Database list, since today I went to the same place that sold the LEGO Marvel Avengers Magazine and there was a LEGO Marvel Spider-Man Magazine that is already in issue 5...

Only one criticism Across the Spider Verse is in 2020 though all in all it's pretty great!

I recently compiled a list of Comics in this magazine. Haven't read them all though, so no idea about the Timeline. I can share it, but all titles are in german, because, well, I am german. I don't have access to most, so not sure if I can help with sorting them

LEGO Marvel Avengers Magazine #1: Die (Sp)innere Stimme (Not sure how to translate, it's a wordplay between "The Inner Voice" and the german word for Spider (=Spinne))
LEGO Marvel Avengers Magazine #2: Invasion der Chitauri ("Invasion of the Chitauri")
LEGO Marvel Avengers Magazine #3: Wirbel um Helden (Not sure about the context, maybe "Fuss About Heroes", but Wirbel could also mean Whirlwind)
LEGO Marvel Avengers Magazine #4: Venombots! ("Venombots!")
LEGO Marvel Avengers Magazine #5: Frost - groß und gewaltig ("Frost - Big and Mighty")
LEGO Marvel Avengers Magazine #6: Caps Reise ("Cap's Journey")
LEGO Marvel Avengers Magazine #7: Täuschung am Himmel ("Deception in the Sky")
LEGO Marvel Avengers Magazine #8: Avengers ohne Power ("Avengers without Power")
LEGO Marvel Avengers Magazine #9: Unterwasser Rettung! ("Underwater Rescue")
LEGO Marvel Avengers Magazine #10: Helden-Tausch ("Hero Swap")
LEGO Marvel Avengers Magazine #11: Filmnacht ("Movie Night")
LEGO Marvel Avengers Magazine #12: Tesserakt-Jagd! ("Tesseract Hunt")
LEGO Marvel Spider-Man Magazine #1: Rennstrecke New York ("Racetrack New York")
LEGO Marvel Avengers Magazine #13: Helden-Turnier ("Hero Tournament")
LEGO Marvel Avengers Magazine #14: Fieser Deal ("Nasty Deal")
LEGO Marvel Spider-Man Magazine #2: Das Limo-Chaos (Either "The Lemonade Chaos" or "The Limousine Chaos", depending on the context)
LEGO Marvel Avengers Magazine #15: Mega-Titan! ("Mega-Titan!")
LEGO Marvel Spider-Man Magazine #3: Skateboard Magie! ("Skateboard Magic!")
LEGO Marvel Avengers Magazine #16: Geburtstagsparty am Himmel ("Birthday Party in the Sky")
LEGO Marvel Avengers Magazine #17: Zauber-Chaos! ("Spell Chaos!")
LEGO Marvel Spider-Man Magazine #4: Quatsch und Kürbisse ("Baloney and Pumpkins")
LEGO Marvel Avengers Magazine #18: Verrückter Urlaub! ("Crazy Vacation!")
LEGO Marvel Spider-Man Magazine #5: Symbiontenjagd! ("Symbiote Hunt!)
LEGO Marvel Avengers Magazine #19: Wakanda-Wahnsinn ("Wakanda Madness!")

Note: They are in release Order, so Spider-Man and Avengers Magazine are mixed. The english titles may not be accurate, I translated them just now

Are the comics/magasines related (canon) to this Lego universe or are they just Lego making these randomly with no link to the universe? should they be added to the timeline?
The Wiki sayed that they are set in the same Universe so I Guess are Canon.

To be honest even if the guy who puts the Earths numbers says that its all the same universe, I think that without taking into account his word the more logical conclusion would be that the Lego Marvel Avengers video game is one universe and the rest of things are another one.

This new announced Lego marvel short, wonder if it will be in this universe or not (probably will be)
here's a description I found:

Disney has announced a brand-new animated special called "LEGO Marvel Avengers: Code Red" is going to be coming to Disney+ on Friday, 27th October 2023.

The Avengers assemble to save New York City, but after an argument between Black Widow and her father, Red Guardian about his parenting style, he disappears under mysterious circumstances. As the Avengers investigate, they discover that the villainous Collector is kidnapping every character who has the word "red" in their name. Determined to find her father, it's up to Black Widow now to lead the Avengers to find the Collector's evil lair and free the prisoners from his evil clutches.
