UPDATED
WORST TO BEST
War
Worst movie all year. They fight for 2 mins. And the ending was balls.
Ghost Rider
This could of been uberawesome. Could of been, but fell flat. Le sigh.
I Know Who Killed Me
Someone loaned this to me. It was like The Parent Trap on crack. I was unsure how I felt about this movie. Especially the sex scene.
Beowulf
I really can't decide if I like this or not. It was funny, but only because it was so silly. I don't have a desire to see it again.
National Treasure: The Book of Secrets
I don't understand why people that love this movie. I just don't. It's too cheesy and ridiclous.
Halloween
This was your typical slasher flick. Complete with underage boobs. I was hoping for a little bit more.
The Last Mimzy
This is a cool kids movie with some eerily events. I enjoyed it, but it's really a kid's movie.
The Heartbreak Kid
I don't really like Ben Stiller. This movie was somewhat funny and enjoyable to watch, but I have no desire to see it again.
Spider-Man 3
Probably the most disappointing movie all year. I love Venom, but he sucked in this movie. He looked tacky and had no point to the movie. The Sandman was dumb due to bad writing and Emo Spider-Man. Come on. There was some enjoyable parts.
28 Weeks Later
This had some really fantastic moments and some really horrid scenes. The nightvision scene was the worst. It felt like watching One Night In Paris again.
Resident Evil: Extinction
I never been a real fan of this movie or zombies in general. But this was pretty cool. Zombie crows were genius. I wish the fight between her and the C.E.O. guy would of went longer.
Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer
This was a major step up from the last one. And if they step up even more for the next one than it should be really good. Silver Surfer was flawless. Galactus. I'm not even going to touch that one.
TMNT
Not as fun as the old movies, but still fun. I wish we would of got more in depth with Kiara and where she came from.
The Simpsons Movie
This movie was funny but not gut busting. The comic book guy had the best parts and I was pissed at the missing Sideshow Bob.
Knocked Up
A very original comedy, but as I never went though any of that, it never really sunk in with me. It had some really funny parts.
The Bourne Ultimatum
I've never been a fan of the Bourne movies, but this was better than the others and not bad at all.
Dan In Real Life
This movie was not bad in anyway. I really enjoyed it. I just doubt that I would enjoy it on repeated viewings.
Shrek the Third
Another fun movie with funny moments. It is just more of the same.
Shooter
This movie is why Mark Walhberg should play the Winter Soldier. It was a good action flick.
Hitman
This was the typical assassin story. But the acting was great. It was a fun movie that seem to fit the game.
Good Luck Chuck
This was funnier than I thought it would be, but it was like watching a HBO porn. And Jessica Alba looked weird.
The Condemned
Stone Cold Steve Austin and Vinnie Jones on an island trying to kill each other. That's just great. This was a lot better than I expected. It actually had a decent story and message. Austin was better than I thought he would be.
I Am Legend
The first parts of this movie were legendary. *snicker*. Once the other people came around it kinda of lost it and the original ending would of been so much better. Will Smith is awesome.
I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry
This movie was really funny. The interaction between Sandler and that other guy was the highlight.
Smokin' Aces
I liked the random characters in this. Reynolds was great. I loved the crazy redneck brothers and Alica Keys was fine.
Hot Fuzz
I didn't like Shaun Of The Dead, but this was so awesome. ****ing hilarous.
30 Days of Night
I never read the source material, but I always had a thing for vampires stories. I liked the whole feel of the movie. The vampires were great looking. The shots of the city with the red snow was a nice touch.
3:10 to Yuma
Bale and Crowe are some of the finest actors ever. Crowe really stole the film. He was very likeable and than just plains evil the next. I really never knew what would happen next. And who knew Ben Foster could act? But it felt like it was leading to something that never came.
Wristcutters - A Love Story
This was just a small loveable movie. Just because you die, doesn't mean you should stop living.
The Golden Compass
I don't understand why everyone hates this. I loved it. I have the need to read the book series now. Fantastic acting and lovable characters. I think it will only improve with future entries. It also makes me want a pet.
Grindhouse
Planet Terror and Death Proof. I think I liked PT more. But they were both good. Rose McGowan is like my god. The trailers were fabulous. This movie couldn't really be enjoyed unless seen back to back with trailers.
Superbad
One of the funniest movies all year. It wasn't over the top gross like most movies, will still being pretty close. The bit with the license had me dying.
300
The movie that spawned a new sensation. I think that Miller's comics are much better movies. This was the manliest movie ever.
Shoot 'Em Up
This movie was over the top, tongue in cheek, action movie. Clive Owen played a great badass cynical weirdo and Paul Giowhatever is the greatest villain ever.
Transformers
I don't even like Transformers and this movie was great. Shia is lovable, Fox is uberhot. The Transformers were funny. And the action scenes were great.
Live Free or Die Hard
I don't know if I seen any of the others or if I just forgot. But this was better than I thought it would be. Hilarious. Badass. I heard complaints of it was too over the top. That didn't bug me. All the actors were great.
Saw IV
The best one since the first one. I loved it all. The backstory of Jigsaw. I did have a problem with the stupid twist at the end. That was very dumb and pointless.
Ocean's Thirteen
I seen all 3 movies for the first time back to back. But they were so much better than I expected.
No Country For Old Men
This movie was nothing like I expected. It was so amazing. Fantastic acting all around. Javier is one truly scary person.
Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End
With one or two minor things this movie was a great final movie. Rush almost stole the show from Depp. Keith Richard's cameo was awesome. But there was some things that was left opened that shouldn't of been.
Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber Of Fleet Street
I'm not a huge fan of Burton movies, I haven't even seen half of them, but I am a fan of Depp. This movie was so grotesquely stunning. The music and acting was top notch.
Stardust
This movie was as good as I was hoping for. I wanted more swearing from the star like the book, but alas. The actors were great and it was a very fun and epic movie.
Black Snake Moan
I think this is the best Sam Jackson role ever. This movie was just cool. The music was great, Ricci was hot and very dirty. Even Timberlake didn't ruin the movie.
Southland Tales
Brilliant. While you never really know what the **** is going on, it did not hurt my enjoyment of this. All the cameos was great and a very quotable movie. It was The Rock at his finest and a ditsy porn star Gellar was a nice touch. You really need to read the 3-part comic prequel to understand which is bad marketing if you asked me, but still makes for a epic story.
Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix
It was the best HP movie yet. 4 and 7 are the best books. But they did an excellent job with the movie. I liked all the new additions to the film. Luna, Tonks, Bellatrix.
Juno
Best movie of the year. Ellen Page is my new obsession. Fantastic witty banter and a very warm movie.

We Own the Night
