Since the last time they were DC's *****.Lame.

What plothole did this issue have?
Single Issue of the Year
New Avengers #22--Luke Cage
No. That had a huge plot hole.
Joe Q should be disqualified from recieving the Man of the Year award on the sole basis of the quantity (and horrible placement!) of ads in the current batch of Marvel titles alone.
The volume of ads is off-putting and distracting; it's actually prompted me to cut down on single issues and trade-wait several Marvel titles. Joe Q ultimately has the power to put a stop to this insanity, yet he has made the conscious decision to go with it. That's a real shame.
....And on top of that he/they have raised cover prices across the board.
I presume that you empathize with their situationPoor Image and Dark Horse. They have to pay to get some action.

Well, waiting at his house isn't a plot hole. They knew he wouldn't sign at all, hence them waiting. And they also knew Luke wouldn't stop doing the superheo biz, so there it is right there. From what I understand in every other civil war issue.
It's against the law for a unregistered superhuman to be a superhero.
Only if you are in the act of being one.
As soon as the law passed. Luke Cage was in his home not doing anything. I thought they had the option to retire?
Plus it was at midnight. Midnight! They waited at his house not even giving him a chance to sign or what.
That last reason is kind of shady cause might have been able to do it in advance.

With Tony and Hill, not signing is the crime.I can see that, but don't you have to commit the crime first?
....
Marvel's not the only one who's raised prices. :?
That's the problem the whole thing is inconsient.
EDIT: I agree about the ads, but whats this about the cover price raising? To be honest I havent looked at a cover price in a couple weeks. The X Axis (www.thexaxis.com) has been consistently trashing Marvel about the ads in their reviews, I think its spot on.
And I'm not saying you did, either. So? I'm not saying x is better than Marvel because Marvel raised prices.
But again, Marvel's not the only one who raised prices so why would you single out Marvel for that? The comment was that there are too many ads, and I said on top of that they increased the price too. One would assume that by increasing the number of ads it would prevent having to raise the cover price, especially if Marvel specifically and comics as a whole was/are doing as well financially as we are led to believe.
The Spider-Woman issue was much better.
