I think that would be a good idea... As long as she is there just to give Rogue her abilities.

Now that I don't want to see. Rogue should just be Rogue. Her natural powers are cool. She really shines in the latest UXM arc.

I beg to differ. If you'll see in the movie, she is more of a liability if you give her Warbird's powers, she's got an offensive power.
