Nope.

The biggest problem with all of your reasoning is thinking that Gotham is the most corrupt city in the DCU. Batman's been around for a while now, it was rebuilt post-No Man's Land into a modern city, so its not the same ****hole it used to be.

This one is wiki-proof, i checked, so i want to see how much I rock before I start looking around for more obvious clues.

Nope. Its an all new ****hole with better roads.

The QUestion. Trained by Richard Dragon after Lady Shiva whooped him, changed his name from Charles Victor Szasz to Victor Sage, and I've got no idea what city he used to operate out of before they dropped him in gotham.

- I tap into The Red to use my powers
- I'm happily married (Hell, thats a dead giveaway there. No one in comics is happily married.)

Oh, gah. I wiki'd Richard Dragon, and it came up with a list of people he had trained. I was going to do The Question, but then I remembered that he now resided in Gotham, which I was pretty sure wasn't the most corrupt city.

Nope.

(by mirror i mean, there one of said person in the WSU, and another, far more visable version in the DCU)

Not like Midnighter-Batman, more like Kal-L and Kal-El

hm... Captain Atom?

Does he exist in both universes, or has he just been hopping back and forth like mad?

Nope, there isn't a Batman in the WSU, but Planetary/Batman is in regular Wildstorm continuity.

hm.... Is it Egg Fu?
