To change the actual GUI, I used Stardock's Windowblinds. The mouse cursor was changed via Stardock's CursorFX. The IM program to the right is Trinium. The stuff at the bottom is Stardock's ObjectDock Plus!, which pretty much gives me the MacOS's 'icon folder' capability, but with tabs, pre-built, community made and premium skins, and a whole lot more.

The wallpaper is from deviantArt. I forget where. I can upload it, if it is desired. I save all of my wallpapers to my Wallpapers folder.
