What year(s) are the Batman: Year One movie and the DC Showcase: Catwomen short set in?

Does the Deluxe Edition have any bonus scenes? Or did you put it to not to separate the movie into two parts?

It comes like that. There's 2 versions of this. 1 where both is there own movie and 2 where both is just one LONG movie

Looked like early 80s to me too—cars, clothes, and tech all give off that vibe. The minimalist computer screens and Gordon's phone especially scream pre-90s.
