What is the worst thing you ever read in High School?

The My Teacher is an Alien series.

It wouldn't have been so bad if the ending wasn't absolutely terrible.

The aliens decide not to destroy Earth for humanity's vices on the grounds that humans only use 10% of their brains, and they want to see what they do with the remaining 90%.

Thank you, bad science, for saving us all.

EDIT: Darn it, forgot this only applied to books in High School. Sorry.

Good thing I stopped in the middle of the fourth book. All I can remember from the entire series is that in the fourth book, there's an alien that screams, "POOOOOT."

And for the first few chapters of the third book, the main character walks around completely naked.

hands down, worst book I've EVER EVER EVER READ!
I would rather read Ultimates 3 every day for the rest of my life than read that book again once,
heck, i'd rather recite Ultimates 3 five times a day bowing down facing Jeph Loeb dressed up in a Japanese Kabuki outfit while getting sacked repeatedly, than ever read that book again!

EDIT: okay, maybe that last one was an exaggeration.
