Also, I keep dreaming about realizing I'm in the middle of eating meat and then feeling really bad about it.
I've had that dream once or twice. The thing with waking up and being nauseated by the horror of some random concept is also a shared experience.
Last night I had some interesting ones, mostly nightmares.
One involved a couple friends of mine and I going to the movies, but I can't remember what we saw. It might have been M. Night Shyamalan's
The Happening, but either way the rest of this part of the dream revolved around that. I was terrified that everybody was going to start dying/committing suicide like in the trailers for that movie, and I think it actually started happening and I definitely heard reports of it. Somehow, I'm pretty sure this was at least partly triggered by TwilightEL on here saying I was secretly M.N.S. yesterday.
A later part of the dream had my family and a bunch of other people I knew going into the house attached to mine(I live in a semi-detached) which was actually this labyrinthine mansion with dozens of interlocking rooms. We got there by going through this system of wooden tunnels and catwalks suspended above their house from mine, which in the dream I'd been aware of my whole life and was excited that I finally got to go on them. I also ran into some other friends of mine and told them about the thing with
The Happening, and they were so scared and disturbed by the thought of this that, even though they knew it was just a movie, one of the guys actually started to cry a bit.
Anyway, we all go into this house. Everybody knew what they were getting into and that the house was haunted, but wanted to do it anyway. The rest of that dream involved the people splitting up into various groups and going from room to room all night. The was a terrible lighting storm going on outside and although I remember the whole experience being very scary, I can't specifically remember any ghosts or scary events. It was a fairly long dream, though, and when I woke up I remember thinking I should definitely write a screenplay using the whole idea.
The last one had my family and I watching what I thought was Last Crusade at a movie theater, only it featured the characters and ages of Crystal Skull, plus Indy's dad was there. It was the beginning of the movie and the group was making their way through a complex temple of some kind looking for "Mozart's Million-Pound Diamond"(which, in the dream, didn't mean it weighed a million pounds, but was a million karats).
During the dream I briefly wondered when Mozart would've had the time, money and resources to build an elaborate, secret-passage-filled Egyptian temple in the middle of the Indian jungle(you read all that right) and put the largest known diamond in history there.
