Webcomics.

I've been thinking about doing my own webcomic.

I've made a random little strip as a bit of a test.

What do you think?

I'm not very happy with it.

It's odd. Not really funny. Just odd. I could see it working as a bit in a larger framework.

The only thing I would change is the removal of the eyes/expression from the burger at in the last panel. so there's no explaination.

Either that, or do the complete opposite and make it ridiculously over-the-top, with the burger growing fifty stories and taking out a city block.

Also, it reminds me of a comic my friend and I made in 7th Grade, where a carton of French Fries swarms a guy, devours him(leaving only a skeleton), and then poses as a plate of spaghetti. So, it could be less like comics that I've drawn.

Also, it should be filled with pop-culture references and advertisments.

It's not bad, maybe you should try to put it in your school paper.

"Hey! This sandwich took a bite outta me!"
I was thinking about doing a comic for the next issue, but this is certainly too violent.

I was unashemedly trying to rip off PBF. Kind of dark and nonsensical humor.

I agree that it would work as a larger bit (several panels added to beginning showing the man struggling to eat the burger, with the end being a sort of random twist) but I'm trying to do things as concisely as possible.

I disagree. I think it's works fine as just three panels.

Zap! In Space is a great comic

This image is why

The reason behind it is simple, the guy who is shot is the main characvter, Zap!. He's a strong pyshic, and just had an awesome battle against two of them and an assassin, defeating them all. The guy who shot him was his former best friend, who was one of the people fighting him. Zap just told them all he was leaving them alive because the girl asked him too. The same girl who now hasd blood on her face.

This was not the ending expected to happen people

It surprised the hell out of me that's for sure. I love how the art for this series evolved.

I read that comic already but haven't checked it for the past few days. For a second I thought you'd spoiled me for something THAT ****ING HUGE.

Then I realized that I'd read up to that comic and it was the only one I hadn't seen yet.

You were lucky this time, Houde.

What were you going to do huh? What?

I'd not seen the OC original scene, so I saw it first. I thought the OC scene was REALLY good. I don't know anything about the OC but it was a very good scene.

Then I saw the SNL spoof. And I laughed my ****ing *** off.

Then I came back to this thread and saw you BRILLIANT link between Houde's link and the SNL sketch and burst out laughing again. ****ing inspired, Mooney.

Damn it Houde! Now I read all the issues and are left with waiting to see what happens, way to rope me into this, like I dont have enough distractions from real life

On Zap (I'm not quoting that frickin' image again): There's no conceivable reason why Zap can't stop himself from bleeding out, even if he doesn't know how to repair a gunshot wound. I mean, other than passing out from shock. That might do it.

God, I love that comic. I wish it updated more.
