This is the timeline for the V for Vendetta comic book series. The events of this comic, perhaps only loosely, may have occurred in the Gotham/Pennyworth universe without the original creator's permission, with Pennyworth's events apparently leading to the Norsefire government's occupation of London 20 years later.

The timeline for the movie is intentionally contradictory, but is generally accepted to be set in the 2020s.

not sure if you are aware of this but V was originally published in a short British indie called "Warrior" alongside Marvelman, and at one point Warrior considered all of their series to be in the same shared universe, to the point they even published a timeline detailing how they fit together.

Personally, I dont think this was maintained, especially after Warrior folded and Eclipse comics took over publishing Marvelman/Miracleman. But the timeline was in "Miracleman companion"

Regardless, V for Vendetta doesn't really have any connection to that universe really. Even in their attempts to connect them it was explicitly an alternate universe.

The Appendix also somewhat destroyed the allusion of all published materials being the same universe because Madman is placed in Earth-18.
