this release is legit. i bought the cd from Best buy for 10 bucks. it's a great set. the only sad thing is that it doesn't have issues 70 and 71 (the last 2 parts of the Phoenix!? arc) they also have the Ghost Rider collection (that contains over 200 comics on it) for 20 bucks. that's another great purchase i made.
