History:
When Baxter first received his growth powers, he decided to use them to fight crime. This did not go as planned as Baxter's size often led more to destruction then help. Frustrated over his constant failures, Baxter decided to ease his troubles with alcohol. While in his drunken state, Baxter let out his anger by going on a rampage and was only subdued after the Avatars poisoned his beer and sent him to Ultimate Central Prison.
After being in imprisoned for months, Baxter finally escaped along with the other inmates being led Goodwill. These inmates decided to form a team under the leadership of Goodwill and called themselves "The Cabinet".
The Cabinet fled to an abandoned warehouse where they set up their headquarters and started planning their revenge on both The Avatars and The E-Men. The Cabinet was soon joined by the mysterious Thee Great One, but was soon after attacked in their headquarters by the monstrous JTG3885.
The Cabinet thought that JTG3885 wasn't too big a threat and decided to let Baxter deal with him solo. Baxter was quickly defeated by the monster, as were the rest of the Cabinet when Baxter fell on top of them.
Where Baxter and the rest of the Cabinet then formed a new base in a shack in Washington DC. Soon after they got there new base, they went to the Phillipines on a recruitment drive. In the Phillipines they overthrew a corrupt dictator and recieved too new members. The master of magnetism Ourchair and the crap Compound, who Baxter renamed Pokey and kept as his pet.
The Cabinets new base did not last long however, as they were soon paid a visit by there dead former ally, Thee Great One, who exploded and took out there shack as they escaped. It is unknown where they are currently hiding.
