I just got the issue and I really, really liked it... I can see what you mean about the spreads and the actual progression of the story, and I totally agree but just seeing and reading it all is really fun, at least for me.
Oh, yeah, and I buy the fact that General Ross is alive because they were talking about how crazy he was... I regarded it as more humorous than a continuity error.

Yeah, I can buy the fact that he's alive again, but I want to see how they will correct all of the continuity errors in the Ultimates and Ultimate X-Men with Ross... We're going to have some trouble doing that, huh?
