Mostly variants, I imagine. Teen Titans Go! is confirmed to be the same version. Back to the Future are variants but the real Doc Brown appeared in a TV advert. Portal is confirmed to be separate from the Half-Life canon, although the LEGO version is post-Portal 2.
I thought Portal was the same universe as Half Life

What about Doctor Who?

He means that LEGO Portal is not the same universe as canon Portal (and canon Portal is the same universe as canon Half-Life)
I wonder how many known universes the Half-Life/Portal multiverse has?

* There is the main universe.
*Then there are the universes from the Portal DLC.
* The story of Half Life 2 Lost Coast is non-canon and can be considered its own universe while the game's map itself is canon due to being referenced in the VR Alyx game.
*Maybe the alpha/beta content for each game can be considered different universes.
* The aforementioned Lego Portal.
* The Epistle 3 can probably be considered a canon universe since it's written by Half Life's writer.
* Half Life Survival might be its own continuity?
* Renegade Ops has Gordon as a character. 7UdTwCfHWLWHCWZ9BYDcJoJ3QRw_yEM4dyJUi7cUvurMz&s=10.jpg
* Fall Guys apparently has a Gordon Freeman skin. IDK if this is meant to be cosplay or actually Gordon Freeman.

Lost Coast could be put into canon tho.

Well, Skyrim has a Portal "DLC" from Valve...

Maybe, it can be. I don't remember where it could fit into the canon. HL2 IIRC doesn't have a lot of cuts between scenes and settings in which the Lost Coast can fit. But like I said, I'm not sure.
