You know, that wouldn't have been bad if it stopped at the planet exploding. But then they just had to go ahead and have the terrible, melodramatic chanting music playing while they enacted terrible fight scenes...I guess for a fan trailer the costumes weren't so bad, just wish they'd made more effort than just shooting most of it in their backyard.
 
It's a good idea, so long as it's updated. We'll need to cut loose the cheesey dialogue and that one cat that looked more primative and more cartoon than the rest... I can wait to see the Tiger Guy rendered in the Batman craft. It's a cool idea and can't wait to see it.

NEW Thundercats series announced at Brand Licensing 2006!
Brand Licensing 2006 took place in London this past wednesday (4th Oct) and thursday (5th Oct) and one of the new projects announced by Warner Bros. is a new Thundercats series tentatively planned for autumn/winter 2007. An attendee at the event is quoted as saying

"the designs were really good, take the original designs and add a dose of Mike Young Productions He-Man (the most recent incarnation of He-man) and turn the anime knob up to 6-7. Tygra still had his bull-whip thing! Cheetara still has her staff, I think Panthro had his nunckuck things, but I can't remember what Lion-O had (must have had the sword but I don't remember seeing it) Snarf actually looked cool, he had a mean look about him with a back-pack /rocket pack on.

The head of licensing said that The Thundercats would be coming mid to late next year!"

Once we have more information on the new series we will be sure to post it right here. In the meantime, check out the thread in our forum covering this very exciting news!

I have a *****in idea for a Thundercats movie, but never got the energy to write it out.

But I have a feeling they could really screw this up

So is this thing happening or not?

I would watch it because I never got to watch the original and I heard a lot of people liked it.
 
I carved the logo into a pumpkin for halloween, and then the dogs ate it ><. I was pissed.
