That's what I did sometimes. After a while I got the feeling that I had enough for a while, so I stopped playing for some hours or until the next day.I got this for my birthday and have played it a bit. It's pretty fun, though I wouldn't play it for hours on end. I think limiting it to a star or two a day might be best.
My brother bought this today and I'm really enjoying watching him play. (I can't play video games for my life.)
This is probably what you guys have been saying but the only negative comment I have is the vertigo factor.
Here's EW.com's A review.
You guys should get an extra remote and then you can sit there and watch, but also control the little star pointer.
We have an extra remote, and my brother told me what you just told me, but I still don't understand what you mean. Would P1 not be able to control the star pointer, and what else do you use it for in the game besides picking up stars?
Sorry, I'm pretty much the definition of a n00b when it comes to gaming.
You pretty much just take over the control of the star pointer (pretty sure P1 can't do anything with it now) and use it to pick up stars, shoot them at enemies etc.

No, a second Star Pointer appears. P1 still controls his own Star Pointer.
And yeah, you basically just collect star bits and can shoot them if you want to. It's for people who want to watch with maybe just a little bit of interaction.
I'm up to 23 stars...had a chance to play it quite a bit today.
I had a heck of a time with the rock guy though.
bouldergeist?
he's hard
Ba-dum-dum.
I played a Wii for the first time today.
I was not impressed.
What did you play?
I played Super Mario Galaxy.
Do not want.
