It could be because they wanted to Humanize him. To make you feel sorry for him that these people were doing this to him... or they were just being stupid...

I just had a thought.

You know how one of the plot points is that Peter slowly becomes more of a jerk from the symbiote's influence?

And that Bruce the narrator is also a jerk?

What if they started being ****** to each other, with Spidey breaking the fourth wall?

It'd be the ultimate jerk-off.

Marvel is slowly trying to popularize the 'cooler' incarnations of their characters when licensing them to appear elsewhere. Not entirely surprising, as some characters in their videogames sport 'Ultimate' costumes in stories that aren't connected to Ultimate continuity.

Plus thinking about it I guess R.h.i.n.o is more realistic that rhino.
 
I got this game on Wii today.

It's pretty good but can get irritating as web swinging doesn't always respond correctly
 
I've changed my mind. The wii one = too short and feels like spider-man 2 with wii controls.

When I buy another 36 I'll get this but I'm going to trade in this game. Wii version = Horrible and short
