I loved that line. The fact that Cartman says, "A quarter of Americans believe 9-11 was a conspiracy. Are you say a quarter of Americans are retarded?." "Yes."

Last night was the first good episode of the season, imo. Taking the topical news to the sillyest/extreme and just playing it straight is always what they do best.

I thought Cartman as Dog the Bounty Hunter was the best part.

The whole Dog part was the best thing about the episode. Everything else was just meh. Except the "niccccce" part.
