South Park series discussion *spoilers*

Re: New Season of South Park

Did anyone else see this week? The ending when the kids get killed by the Detroit Redwings had me laughing my *** off!:D

I'm still trying to decide if the Steve Irwin joke was needed...

Re: New Season of South Park

the redwings celebrating at the end was the best part of it. had me in stitches.

Re: New Season of South Park

I'm surprised no one talked about the WoW episode. Easily one of the funniest episodes I've seen.

Staying in the forest for 7 weeks just killing boar? The Sword of Truth on a thumbdrive.

Re: New Season of South Park

they aired the episode were they try out all the nanny TV shows on eric to try and get him to change his ways, for the first time up here

easily the funniest episode of the season i've seen so far, im going to try that stuff cesar did on my little brother

Re: New Season of South Park

The newest episode that's aired here was the Al Gore "Manbearpig" one, and I'd go so far as to say it's one of the worst, most pointless episodes of South Park ever produced.

they showed that here in calgary last week

i didn't know you were from toronto, the toronto maple laff's suck! go flames!

What the hell was so funny about it? The fact that Al Gore kept saying "Cereal"? Hahaha, what a riot!

Honestly, the hardest I laughed in the whole episode was at the stalactites shaped like dicks.

Stack it up to South Park's "Family Guy" episode(which also aired here recently), which I consider one of the best bits of satire ever on television and much more Emmy-worthy than "Trapped in the Closet", and it's disgraceful.

Also, its funny you Canucks are still a season behind us.

It's weird, too. We didn't used to be.:?

More like the entire episode Al Gore was portrayed as a raving lunatic, who just really wanted some attention, and how Cartman eats all that treasure and gets sick so everyone else almosts dies because of his selfishness, but he still gets his come uppance in the end.

That really was a funny episode "everyone is super stoked at me, even if they dont know it" Maybe you just blew a funny fuse?

That would be funny if it was actually connected to the truth, because it would actually be satirizing something.

Anyone can just say "Hey, you know (so-and-so)? Let's do an episode where he's a crazed rapist and talks in a funny voice!". It takes talent to take that person and actually do a brilliant satire of them, talent which I KNOW these guys have, so it sucks when they waste it.

Wow, just like almost every single other episode of South Park from the last 4 seasons.

*yawn*

It was funny when they did it with Casa Bonita. It's not funny when they do it on a smaller scale 200 more times and make it the only punchline of the episode.
