another thing to note: if venom 3 (and therefore the post-credits scene of venom 2 and morbius) happen in july 2021, that moves the second post-credits scene of morbius to at least october 2021, matching the saturday 23 date on his wristwatch and also allowing time for toomes to leave prison and acquire his tech somehow, as well as allowing morbius time to somehow learn about what the rift was and contact toomes; although really the scene could be set in april or july 2022, or september or december 2023, or march or november 2024 (can't believe im putting this much thought into morbius lmao)

We've discussed this.

since kraven the hunter just released on digital recently i went back through it to find any other timeline clues in the newspaper articles and i found something unfortunate.

Towards the end of the film, when the foreigner is talking to Alexi, the latter is looking in a journal which shows a Venom: let there be Carnage Connection
as Eddie brock, Cletus Cassidy, Francis barber and the Ravenscroft institute are all mentioned as well as Cassidy being dead so that has to put as into or even past November 2020.

We know Kraven has to take place around or after may 2017 due to Dmitry singing that harry styles song.
So we are looking at anywhere from 2017-2021.
