BMB had said that it was delayed because the re-writes he did to make the story fit with NA.

I know this is not likely. but...

I just reread Secret War 1-4 and the finale of #4 had me thinking...

Now Bendis has all these delays for this book so that it works with his other material in New Avengers, right? Or that's what we're assuming?

When that final girl appeared and was talking all that **** to Fury. I could help but put Black Widow II in her shoes. I mean it doesn't make sense because Fury's out of SHIELD by New Avengers but how cool would it have been if Widow II was the "living bomb" villain and she was talkin' smack to the heroes like that and the person behind all of this was the mystery man who paid her a visit in the hospital.

Personally, I think it will be worth the wait. #4 lacked a lot but I think Bendis is gonna blow us out of the water in the conclusion and if he doesn't, Del'Gotto already has.
