Although I do feel kind of bad supporting faceless wholesalers over local business.

Well, if my local guy wants to run two-for-one deals (which is basically what you can find online), I'll go buy from him. They pay 80% of MSRP, so they're making $0.20 per dollar. I'm not going to pay an extra 30-40% locally so George and Wayne can make $2-3.

While i do try to buy locally if I can and if prices allow, I agree with this. I can't afford to be idealistic.

I would start ordering through amazon, but after what happened to my boss in the case of identity theft, I don't think I would ever buy anything. Or at least just buy as little as possible.

The chances of that happening are slim to none thou. Trust amazon it's a reliable site
