Re: PrisonBreak *Spoilers*

Great episode to begin the "Spring season". Sweetness delivered. And now there's another way to escape, but it's 'suicidal', and it leads somewhere out of a sewer. I wonder where that place is exactly.

Re: PrisonBreak *Spoilers*

Oh man......talk about nail-biter. I was on the edge of my seat the entire time. Not figuratively speaking......literally on the edge of my seat. I slid off the couch several times.

So it looks like Lincoln is gonna die and the guys are try to breakout without him anyways.

Maybe it's just me but I think that's a dumb move on the show's behalf. The entire draw to the show was to have Michael break his brother out. So now he fails and it becomes a tale of self-preservation??? That's a quick way to cut the viewing audience in half.

Re: PrisonBreak *Spoilers*

I though it was a good episode. There wasn't exactly anything for me to be "on the edge of my seat", but for next week, it sure looks like it!

Re: PrisonBreak *Spoilers*

I'm just so ****in' glad it's back. I missed this show.

I wasn't on the edge either but I felt for Michael throughout.

I think Lincoln will and should die. No cop-outs please. It's inevitable and we haven't had a solid death yet (Abruzzi is still alive).

However going off of the clips from next week, the coffin might not be Lincoln's. It could be the excavated coffin of the Vice President's brother or whoever's supposed to be dead.

3.5/5 solid restart.

Re: PrisonBreak *Spoilers*

It was suspenseful to me because the whole time Michael kept hitting setbacks, one after the other. I really had no idea if they were gonna pull some last minute save that Michael "had planned since the beginning".

Instead we end with Lincoln sitting in the chair...

Re: PrisonBreak *Spoilers*

Guys, it's already been mentioned from the Creator of the show that "in Season 2, once Michael and Lincoln break out of Prison, the show will shift to Lincoln being the main character versus Michael being the Season 1 main character" (not the EXACT words he said, but the quotes are there because he basically said just that; I'm just too lazy to write the exact quote).

Anyways, I couldn't watch last night, (but I did see the last 5 minutes), how did the cliff-hanger get resolved? Every where that I've looked people have mentioned what happened during the 2nd half of the hour, so I don't have any idea what happened.

:D

Not really. I mean the actor playing Lincoln is the first billed (most payed, I think) on the entire show, which, in itself, is a guarantee that you're not going to buy the farm any time soon. Plus, without Lincoln, Michael doesn't have his main reason to break out (a.k.a. the reason that everyone hears when newcomers to the show ask "Oh Prison Break? What's it about?")

Then again, the creator (Paul Scheuring) said that he intends for every episode (like 24) to have a cliff-hanger at the end, no matter what. He had no idea that the Fall Finale (blocked pipe) would even be a fall finale; he just made that episode with a cliff-hanger in mind just like all the other ones (Abruzzi's stabbing, etc.). I think if the current episode had aired the week after the Fall Finale, we would just regard it as just another cliff-hanger, like "Uh Oh. How the heck is he gonna get out of this one? He's headed straight for that chair!" The Fox producers left out any scenes w/ Lincoln in them for next week on purpose, so that we are really in the dark about how he is going to survive. :D

Re: PrisonBreak *Spoilers*

I knew the second that the father appeared he was going to be ex CIA or something, and the reason why the guy was choosen for the frame up. I bet that guy that left the evidence is the father

Re: PrisonBreak *Spoilers*

The stakes has just been raised higher than they have been before. Can't wait to see what happens now.

Re: PrisonBreak *Spoilers*

Remember how the spanish guy convinced his cousin to get him a guard uniform?

So... The donkey!?!?

OMG.....why does life suck so hard for Michael? First your dad runs out on you guys.....then you brother gets the death penalty.....then while trying to break him out--you get your flesh burned.

Just go ahead and do the hard nickel and call it a day.

Is the "hard nickel" anything like garroting oneself?

No....it was just a slang term for doing 5 years. Same as a "hard dime" (10 years)...."quarter" is 25.

My brother in law is a prison guard so we're always talking about this show.

Last night's episode was so great. I was talking on the phone for over half the show....does anyone know if Michael actually cracked or did he fake it to get put in psych?
