If you really wanna go ahead with your own post of 'babe of the day' (something I'm encouraging VVD to do :p), take a cue from this thread and avoid lingerie/swimsuits and borderline erotica posing.

I don't use this thread as an excuse for 'softporn', since it's really just a non-empirical 'research' thread I've made for determining how people respond to Asian beauty.

And on that note, I wish people would comment more on the pictures and what they think, not necessarily as women-objectifying commentary.

I only keep it because Friendster is the biggest thing here, but I hardly use it for ANYTHING at all. My last.fm profile sees more action.

I like her face, the angular eyes, the sultry lips, all those type of features, and since we only see the face in your posts, it's based primarily on thise features.

As for her body, well, she seems like a skinny person, and I like meat on the bones, some cushion for the pushing. but, on these faces, she's the best.
 
yeah, she is very pretty. I don't really like asian women, but I like the americanized ones. Lucy liu is one of my favorites.

Lucy Liu is purebred Asian. I did a search on her once and as far as I can tell she's not "Irish-Japanese" like Mandy Amano, or "Russian-Japanese" like Anna Tsuchiya. Both her parents are from Taiwan.

There's a reason for that.

PG-Friendly. Meaning a bare minimum of bikini shots, gravure work, and FHM-type material.

Which means I don't get away with focusing on the body a lot, and what body I show gets 'constrained' by the fact that I resize images to fit a 1152x864 browser window.

Do you think this thread would be improved if I use larger images and such? So I can get more feedback on this?

Hm. Interesting. I thought she actually looked more 'cushioney', since she has more curves to her than her modeling contemporaries.

I get the feeling something about the petite build of Asians in general makes them look more 'skinny' than they actually are. Nothing I've empirically tried to determine.

She's only a model. She is actually rather low key... not much is written about her in local celebrity news --- so she's not really a 'celebrity' celebrity, she just does fashion shoots for magazines to maintain some income while she finishes her studies, I guess.
 
well, I mean to say that lucy liu has that americanized look imo.

EDIT: that and she's quirky.
