Marvel: Ultimate Alliance Discussion (spoilers).

my team is:
spider-man (scarlet or symbiote)
deadpool (ultimate)
the human torch (ultimate)
wolverine (classic brown)

reserve's are
thor (classic)
ghost rider (classic)
daredevil (marvel knights)
blade (assasin)
 
I **HATE** the Hell level. Those stupid little Leaping Demons are just about the most annoying thing ever and my stupid AI-controlled team-members kept falling off the world! I ended up having to take out Mephisto (decently cool fight) with Thor alone!

At least that's over.
 
So I went to a videogame store today and asked if they had gotten Marvel: Ultimate Alliance yet. I got as a response that they will get it next week :?
Is it the same in all EU countries or was it just THAT store that had a delayed shipment?

Oh, well. At least I have The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess preordered now :wink:

OH! And for the love of God! Stay away from the GBA version of MUA. It sucks big time.
 
I got this today for 360. The secong my local game shop opened in I whent I got it. only cost £49.99

I can not express how much awsome this game is. The cinimatics are probberly the best cinimatics ever! I got goosebumbs on the opening one thinking "holy **** this is better than I thought"

I have only gotten past Fin Fang Foom and saved and exited at the stark building.

Yes I used cheats to unlock charracters and costumes

Wolverine (astonishing- i think its called that the sleeveless yellow one)
Iron Man (ultimate)

I was going to use spider-woman in the spider-girl costume thinking she would play like spider-man but she played like spider-woman so I left her off.

I was actually surprised Iron man was on my team. I was never an iron man fan untill i saw ultimate iron man in ultimate spider-man. Then when I read the ultimates i thought damn this is a really good character and the mole digs the ultimate costume



but cool team the-m-11 what costumes do you use for your team?
 
Me and a friend rented the game today and played through the first few levels. I use Deadpool and Captain America. He uses Wolverine and Thor. We really haven't mixed it up much yet, but it's a lot of fun.
 
I don't think I've taken Thor off my team. And I switch between Colossus and Thing. I like Spidey and Cap too.

The Fin Fang Foom fight was good, although with Thor using the block it's pretty easy to beat him.

The only complaint I have to far as that the voice acting is beyond cheesy. After every line I'm all like, :roll:
 
I finally finished it, took me around 20 hours, and I did all but one of the optional side-mission things (such as saving Namor).

I'm with you E. I like playing as Deadpool, but if I have to hear him say "Quick somebody take a picture!" one more time I'm gonna...I'm gonna...****. I'm gonna keep playing, but it's going to piss me off.

I was like :shock: NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO untill i realised i could revive him at stark tower

I usually go with-

Cap- Original
Deadpool- Original
Thor- Ultimate
Spider Woman- Sometimes normal, sometimes S.H.I.E.L.D.

Spider-Man: Symbiote
Daredevil- Original

I put Wolvie on my list but I really don'y use him that much. I guess I've played with him on XML II way too much.
 
Does Phoenix die in the game no matter what, or does she die because I made the choice to kill her instead of Nightcrawler?

because you chose to kill her instead of nightcrawler, you'll find out more about it when you beat the game.

I'm playing through again with Spider-woman, Ms. Marvel (She-Thing), Doctor Strange, and Silver Surfer.
