Marvel Cinematic Universe - Timeline (Part 5)

No, watch AoS 5x01-5x10 before Thor: Ragnarok.
This was a mistake in writing, I do have 5x01-5x10 before Ragnarok.

I couldn’t tell you every discrepancy off the top of my head, however yesterday I realised my watch order was inaccurate to the one here, so I changed it. Yet, today, I changed it again due to how inaccurate it was to the Detailed Timeline.

Recently there was talk of changing the placements of certain shows around this period, so it may just be a case of forgetting to change the viewing order. Respectfully, I would appreciate what @selfishmisery has to say of the matter

Going through now, I’ll link every discrepancy here.
Iron Fist - New York Bulletin - Joy and Ward Meachum Special Report (Link)
Runaways 3x05-3x10
Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. 5x14-5x18
I may have missed a few, since I feel there was a lot more discrepancies I had to correct. I may have also merely forgotten to change it to align with the redating done, and I also shifted a few things around very slightly (though it was mostly putting the odd episode before a movie instead of after, when it took place in the middle of it)

Is there any reason why 2015-2017 differs so much with the tv shows on the Detailed Timeline and Watch Order? They get completely different orders it looks like, and I can’t find the first half of AoS season 5 anywhere on the Detailed Timeline (though I’m aware this could be due to time travel). Not sure if I’m just completely missing something, or if changes were made to the detailed yet not the watch order due to just forgetting, which is completely reasonable for a task this large.

You don’t have to change anything if this is the case right now, I’d just appreciate knowing which order is the more correct one so I can use it, as I’m approaching this area of uncertainty in my current binge
noted, will adjust

It was regarding evidence in regards to Iron Fist S1 and Defenders' placements that Marvel themselves got wrong.
I'll explain more later, I'm busy.

I can't see anything completely different, the Watch Order's intentionally less precise to make it usable as a watch order. You can break up the last episodes of Runaways to overlap with the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and Infinity War if you like, but that's not going to improve the watch experience.
Personally, I prefer it to literally be as precise as possible in a viewing order. That means that WHiH Newsfront would be broken up by Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and such. Just makes more sense and is more objective.

The viewing order isn’t meant to be as easy as possible to watch, otherwise things like Daily Bugle wouldn’t be on there as you’d have to source out a bunch of TikTok shorts (albeit that’s already been done for this, but that’s besides the point). A viewing order is meant to be the most precise way to watch a group of things, without having to switch between things halfway through watching it, because that gets messy, and is what the Detailed Timeline is for

I don’t see why you would actively choose to make it less precise, simply so that you don’t have to watch episodes one after the other - especially when that show’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., of all things
