Marvel Cinematic Universe - Timeline (Part 4)

Talking about FoX-Men again, I have a headcanon that explain the plot hole about Xavier and Erik met when Charles have 17:

They met briefly when Charles was 17, in 1949, when Erik first time go to New York, as he mentioned in X1. This brief meeting marked Charles because he had never felt strong negative feelings/thoughts on other people he had known, this was due to Erik's hatred for Sebastian Shaw, so Charles did not forget this situation. In First Class, when Charles officially meet Erik, after he read his mind, he felt again the same feelings/thoughts that he felt in 1949, so he realized that he already knew Erik before First Class, in 1962.

What do you think? Does it make sense?

it's definitely possible but any kind of explanation like this (like the 15 years lines re wolverine in x1/2) will just be fans filling in things that dont make sense, it definitely wasnt the intention by the creators

I know, that's why it's a headcanon, but ''fix'' the plot hole.

About the ''15 years'' line, I start to have the headcanon that, Wolverine was captured after X-Men Origins: Wolverine, in 1989, 15 years before X1 and X2, both take place in 2004, and that's when the flashbacks from X1/X2 happen. A second adamantium coating for the bullet in his skull, that's why it doesn't appear on the x-ray in X1. Logan got a memory erase this time without a Adamantium bullet, but he get escape again. Stryker used in 1989, a different Weapon X's room than the one used in 1979, that's why in X2, Weapon X's room is different from Origins.

As you said, it's definitely wasn't the intention by the creators, but ''fix'' the plot holes.
