Marvel Cinematic Universe - Timeline (Part 4)

Mm... I don't think so. X-Men '97 already has a timeline and holds absolutely no relevance to the MCU while Your Friendly Neighbourhood Spider-Man is the exact same as What If...? and Marvel Zombies in that it's a branched timeline connectsd by Uatu (Earth-199999)'s appearance, and should be implemented as [Earth-TRN1450] to stay consistent. I don't think they need separate placements... I know that some of the concurrent events with Civil War, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Black Widow and Black Panther are complicated, but we can get through that together.
Also, does YFNSM have a universe number yet?

I feel like we should maybe hold off until we get definite confirmation they're not happening
Fair enough. Still, it irks me that they've had THREE PRIOR FUCKING BLADE MOVIES, PLUS A LIVE-ACTION TV SERIES (that is a sequel to the third movie) AND AN ANIME, YET THEY CAN'T EVEN MAKE A BLADE MOVIE FOR THE MCU!!

Well, it's like Earth-26320's Blade said...

And don't get me started on how many vampire-themed shows/movies we've had in recent years (Netflix's Castlevania, Renfield, Abigail, the Nosferatu remake etc...), so there's zero excuses for why they're fumbling Blade so hard. All they gotta do is make him kill vampires and other evil monsters of the night (probably with Dracula or Deacon Frost as the big bad), make it a hard R-Rated (bloody, sweary and whatnot), have some other supernatural themed characters (Moon Knight, Werewolf by Night, Elsa Bloodstone, Ghost Rider, the Hellstrom siblings etc...) and you'd have a money printing machine! HOW CAN YOU FUCK THAT UP!?

Nope, but this timeline began using TRN wiki numbers, which... actually, there's a lot of them not used on here.
I'm honestly surprised that many of the TRN's still haven't gotten official Earth designations.

... actually, I'm curious about it, but how do they give designations for each Earth?

At this point, just do Blade IV picking up immediately after The Series with Marcus getting his head chopped off at the very start, lol.

Was the Nova project for sure canceled or just put on hold?
like it is not "canceled", but put on hold for few years + compared to Armor Wars/Blade it wasnt even officially announced with its title art/logo.
Only project they canceled after announcement with art was Runaways movie, which transformed to tv series.

The guy running the Appendix does it. The wiki follows suit. The comics, movies, etc. now use that number in official media or ignore it (which leads to that one reality in which Spider-Man Unlimited was considered a sequel to the 1994 series, and then Morlun kills Peter, or the two 1967 animated realities).

Ah.

Also, pretty sure that was Dan Slott who ignored the Appendix for his own farts. Besides, from what I've seen online, the guy sounds like a pretenious hack who likes to hype himself up when in actuality, he ain't cooking shit.

Plus, can we agree that the Spider-Verse storyline was handled better in the movies than the comics? I mean, all Slott did was essentially kill a bunch of notable Spider variants (namely the animated ones) for shock value and make a self-insert (Silk) who was horny for Peter due to Spider Pheromones or some shit.

That, and he's a OMD bootlicker.

Well the 2 main reason I think we should find a way to implement it:

1. The Disney+ Multiverse Saga Section includes it (I know, the annoying answer lol)

2. A creator of X-Men '97 stating that the Watcher cameo may or may not be the What if...? Watcher.
Didn't that reality already have a watcher?

They stated it has a specific "formula" but idk how it even follows lol

im surprised they didnt at least designate the what if season 2 earths before season 3, considering they designated the season 1 earths before season 2

thankfully born again actually did a really really great job with the timeline, unlike brave new world
after rewatching the episodes and watching a few video breakdowns i realized that this election with fisk is actually a recall election, meaning it doesnt necessarily need to be taking place in november; furthermore, fisk becomes new yorks 112th mayor, meaning eric adams, the real-world 110th mayor, is voted out in november 2025, then this recall election takes place in 2026, displacing the typically elected 111th mayor with fisk, the 112th (while new york state is one of eleven that dont use recall elections irl, this can be easily overlooked as just a law thats different within the mcu, or whoever the 111th mayor was fucked up so bad they not only instituted recall elections but then had one used on them to inadvertently oust themselves pretty immediately lmao)

this means that the 2025 election still took place as normal, which was what fisk was seeing coverage of on the news at the end of echo, and allows the series to happen entirely from december 2026 forward, with foggy dying late november or early december 2025

This makes Echo's post-credits scene not a plot hole.

Best of luck SoyaCS.

So the election stuff regarding Fisk makes sense. In Echo, he sees the news broadcast about the upcoming 2025 Mayoral election that matches with our world and where the idea to run first comes to him. He talks to Vanessa about how he was broken for months after Echo, which probably explains why he didn't end up running in the 2025 election. The show tells us the election is a recall election meaning something must have happened with the mayor that did get elected in 2025. With Fisk now recovering, he's in the right state of mind to run in this special election. The show tells us he's the 112th mayor which would also fit our world. Currently, we have the 110th, the 111th would be the one elected in 2025, and in the MCU due to the recall election Fisk would be the 112th. It all adds up perfectly.

If only they gave BNW similar thought into its election process.
My headcanon about US presidential election is that had a emergency election in 2018 after Blip, causing the change of election cycle. Until we have a official answer, this my headcanon.
