Marvel Cinematic Universe - Timeline (Part 3)

Honestly, both that AND the Agatha episode sound like filler episodes that could've been scrapped in favour of better episodes.

Like, I wanted to see a "What If Iron-Man fought the REAL Mandarin?" or "Zemo assembled the Masters of Evil?", not unnecessary crap like... HOWARD THE FUCKING DUCK GETTING MARRIED!!
:(
Off name alone I'd agree with you on the Agatha one but it gives me Celestial Agatha in exchange so I'll defend it.

Howard/Darcy episode is likely a continuation of Only Child Thor (which I only gave a pass bc of the cool ass fight) and I don't see this one having a fight nearly as cool (Zeus might be its only hope) so atm so I'm not rocking with it.

Funnily enough I had a fanfic What If of Zemo and Grant Ward assembling the Masters of Evil. The team had Zemo, Ward as Taskmaster (stole the suit with help from Killmonger and Ghost), Killmonger, Ghost, Melter, Donnie Gill, and Abomination

You better be referring to Kingo and not Agatha and I STILL wouldn't allow it OG

If I'm being real I've never wanted to see "What If the Other Half Survived" as an episode, so yes I actually do prefer them doing this. For something like the Other Half Surviving I'd want an animated D+ movie/Special Presentation or miniseries along the lines of Marvel Zombies

Mech Avengers, Emergence, 1872, Missing Watcher, and finale are going to be hype

Hollywood Agatha, Red Guardian/Winter Soldier are going to be alright

Not particularly looking forward to Hitched Howard the Duck and it may only be saved by something I probably shouldn't say here

What If the Emergence Destroyed Earth is honestly hype.

this and the mech episode im quite hype for and maybe 1872 if they stealth introduce red wolf

Everything else, meh.

honestly same, unfortunately i feel like i could pass pretty easily on howard the duck, red guardian/bucky and kingo/agatha

my theory is that the emergence episode is the episode with white vision on the titanic in space and maybe superior ironheart/mysterio has something to do with that story; looking back at the trailer it definitely looks like the titanic could be amongst the wreckage of a cracked planet earth

unless something major happens that we haven't seen im not sure why the bucky/red guardian episode made it at all when it seems so similar to thunderbolts considering that an episode was previously cut for being too similar to the story of guardians 3

im going to predict that the end of episode 7 is the other watchers appearing and taking uatu somewhere, leaving episode 8 with no narrator and the other heroes needing to contact other realities (or maybe even not intending to) where storm comes in

Which episode has Thanos and all the alien races running? I'm thinking either the Gamma War one or the Howard one

this could also be from the finale, which could be anything really at this point from the title

1872 is definitely my most looked forward too episode. The Emergence and Mech Avengers sound cool, the rest is alright the Howard and Darcy follow up is kinda lame. Overall I feel What If didn't reach it's potential and while the series has been fun in its own way I'm not too sad this is the final season.

I guess Sony thought the space between worlds is the same realm as Knull & Malekith?
I dunno if that's lore-accurate, because Gap Junction aka Superflow aka Dreamscape is the space between universes...

Okay so I guess Knull's dimension is farther away from the collective consciousness between worlds (Superflow) or some sh*t.
Either way, it's a deleted scene and not canon. They flubbed their lore and Feige probably told them to cut it.

While I think there's a chance the scene was cut due to worry about it not gelling with what the MCU is doing with the multiverse, I don't think Feige has any authority over the Sony movies and he's the reason it was cut.

Even if Feige didn't directly notify them, I think there was definitely a precedent to not overstep beyond certain multiverse lore.

Anyways, not a big deal really.

The description in the link says this is post-DP&W.

**Loki 2x06: "Glorious Purpose" (0:44:06 - 0:45:45)** < ---- Mobius quits

@Starvel Here ya go.

I don't see why we'd add this comic? They aren't part of the MCU brand despite featuring characters from it. We don't include movies from outside the MCU in this timeline, we didn't include AtSV or Morbius even tho they had MCU characters crossover into those films. This is a timeline for the MCU as a franchise, comics that are released as part of it 100% will be added, but just every comic that could feature a character or crossover will be too much especially of we apply that same logic to movies and tv shows.

I'm not telling you to add the comic. I'm telling you how the chronology works in relation to the comic's timeframe.

So between the scene Mobius looks at his variant file and the scene where he quits is where DP&W takes place. That's all I'm saying.
This is based on Miss Minutes' operational status too, btw. So maybe the VR What If thing could be something during that gap?

Haha ah I see, my bad I saw the comic in there and I thought you wanted it added. You just want the Loki scene moved to after D&W, That makes more sense lol. I can make that edit if no one has an objection
