Marvel Cinematic Universe - Timeline (Part 3)

For me it's not about them surviving the snap, but more so that it was completely ignored because those behind the scenes weren't given the knowledge to make their show fit. Sure you can use the "everyone moved on" excuse, but the truth is Marvel Studios didn't care if the show lined up with what they were doing, so the show just continued on with its own story. I truly think Loeb believed the snap would get resolved with a reversal rather than 5 Years Later and the old Marvel Television shows that were set between Infinity War and Endgame would take place in this new timeline where the snap never happened.

I'm not saying they couldn't reference the show down the line, I just don't think it's likely. I'm fine if people want to disagree with that. It's just my opinion.
Thankfully there's nothing contradictory that came from the lack of acknowledgement

A lack of acknowledgment does point more toward them not doing anything though. I don't see why it bothers so many that I'm simply saying the show continuing to not be acknowledged is an OPTION. I'm not saying it won't happen, but at the same time it's ridiculous to act like its simply a matter of when and not if.

I don't see why it matters anyway. Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. had a good ending, I'm fine with it being left alone. If anything, Iron Fist is the one that really needs continuing.
That's one of the reasons I'm fine either way with AoS. The characters had 7 seasons worth of development and all of them ended at a good place. And like I said, I'm not saying they won't ever get referenced, I just think it's far from a sure thing. And personally that's ok.

I assumed I made it clear that I didn't particularly want a continuation or expect one. Regardless I was only mentioning how I'd want them to handle acknowledging them if they ever did (not saying they would).

I thought AoS ended perfectly and I'm content with it not being acknowledged while still never being contradicted

Unless you were just speaking generally in which case erm carry on OG.

I was speaking generally. It seems there are people who get upset at the very thought nothing from the show is continued.

Didn't one of the Enforcers get dead-zapped by Vulture?
This looks nothing like that guy, I'm wondering if we should even consider this MCU adjacent as an alt timeline...
I mean it is an alternate timeline. Any differences can be chalked up to that.

Honestly, the more I learn about this series, the less faith I have in it. Like, they don't allow Spider-Man to be in the live-action MCU shows, Tom Holland can't voice him in the animated MCU series (hence Hudson Thames voicing him instead), and the fact that it's essentially an alternate universe version of Peter that we're seeing and NOT the Earth-199999 Peter... :(

... sorry, if I'm just being negative, but I don't have any faith in this series at all, especially since I still think the suit looks derivative of something Deku would wear in My Hero Academia had a radioactive Spider bitten him instead of him getting One For All from All-Might.

It's reached the point where it's comic mixed with VERY LIGHT MCU stuff, a la Avengers Assemble cartoon (which is not connected to any of this.)
So this is Marvel Studios sponsored synergy once again at this point.

Oh same here. That show looks like total ass. Cel-shaded poorly at that...

I still hate Avengers Assemble for replacing the much better Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes. Same with Ultimate Spider-Man for being an inferior show to The Spectacular Spider-Man (doesn't help that TSSM didn't get to properly finish it's story-arcs following its cancellation after S2, whereas USM got 4 FUCKING SEASONS to do whatever TF they wanted!! )

I disagree, but I respect your opinion. :'(

I just watched the Fitz & Simmons Avengers Assemble episode yesterday loll great timing. Probably one of the biggest things they grabbed from the MCU.
