I remember that there was a Daily Bugle short featuring J Jonah Jameson that was referencing Green Goblin. It was about some CEO that was fired or something. Maybe there IS a Norman Osborn in MCU (presumably looking like his YFNS self) but he is no longer a CEO and the name Oscorp was changed or it went bankrupt and that's why Raimiverse Norman couldn't find an Oscorp?

Or maybe the YFNS universe simply diverged in many ways prior to Peter being assigned to a different high school than Midtown and one of those divergences is the existence of Norman Osborn.

Marvel doesn't pay attention to Daredevil? The show that's getting a full-on sequel series?

Not only that, but a show that got a full-on creative overhaul when it looked like the original version was gonna be hot ass, so they fired the original showrunners and brought in new folk to make the series a proper continuation to the original?
