Anyone know if the Thor/Captain America footage as easter eggs things is true or have seen it on the DVD/Blu-Ray?

Nah the only Captain America and Thor related stuff are what you see in the movie (the shield, the hammer, and, according to Favreau, the mapped out points on the digital map during the final Fury scene) No new previews
