Oh, and improving my cash game wouldn't hurt. If I did as well in ring games as I do in those tournament, I almost wouldn't need to work.

Tournaments is a great way to build a bankroll. The difficult part is not spending the money from tournaments. The advice I got was to make tournaments a regular weekend thing.
