Well, I'm afraid I've got you all beat -- I was here before Gore created it. (At least thirty years before....:wink: )

Seriously, though, I had read both Ultimates and UXM, and was actually looking for Ultimates-related fanfic when I found this site through an Internet search. I think I lurked for almost a year before I registered, because I don't see any point in registering for a site if I'm not going to actively participate there. (The only exception to that is Jinxworld, and the only reason I registered there is to get access to the "Search" function. I use it when I'm doing research on new series and/or titles.) At the time, I was mostly interested in title releases and news of upcoming Ultimate-related events, although I occasionally also read the speculation and discussion posts about the Ultimates.
