Hollywood Stock Exchange

Hey, I'm merely waiting for my Harry Potter 6 bonds to make money
Harry Potter 6 is way too expensive an investment, and the fluctuations aren't big enough to count on for a huge return.

The best profits are to be had from investing in small films just as 'big push' news break. Max Payne was sitting at $3 a share for a VERY long time, but when it was announced that Mark Wahlberg would be attached, it jumped up to $12 over the week and essentially yielded a +300% profit per share.

I'm actually surprised that the James Purefoy starrer Solomon Kane is still in the under $10 price margin, I thought it was supposed to be a big budget action flick. Well, they only started filming, and I can't wait till it gets the inevitable jump to at least $20/share.

Yeah, but I bought them at 200, and the last film got all the way to 280 before it started to fall
Oh well if you bought them at that level, then great.

Also, you might profit from the fact that everyone will want to see 18 year old Emma Watson.

Granted, I have to wait a very long time to see this gain

But I will

THEN!

I will sell everything and invest in nothing but my future
Let's see, 200 up to 280, means 80 * 50,000. Wow, you could quite possibly make 4 million! When is Harry Potter 6 coming out?

I'm surprised you weren't one of the many people who made a lot of money off of Enchanted. With a strong marketing campaign and generally positive buzz, it actually did very well in the HSX. Also one of the few instances in which I actually held on to a big budget stock at the right time.

I'm actually surprised that it's STILL posting gains four days after opening weekend. Most box office hits usually spend a few hours posting gains after they are unhalted from opening weekend, and then start to plummet but it just keeps going up. The last time this happened was with 300.

I won all my money with 300 and then I lost it all with Grindhouse.

I still have some stocks out there that haven't come out yet. I hope they do well.

Star Trek and Watchmen made me some money, I know.

Grindhouse ****ed me too. Fortunately it didn't **** me too hard.

Yeah, I'll bet you made quite a bundle with Watchmen. As for me, I have so much bad luck with Star Trek --- it always seems to go down the moment I reinvest in it --- that I don't bother with it anymore, I just put my money elsewhere, and maximize what I can from hit and run investment.

I did make quite a bundle from Anton Yelchin and Simon Pegg though.

WOOT!
Ooookay. That's going to be quite a while.

You know that 4 million you're going to make on that? I earn that much in three months.

But I never made four million before

And it's a surefire way to do it
I eats punks like youse for breakfasts!

In the two and a half hours since I made the picture post above, I have earned 23,000, bringing today's total to 105,000.

And I'm not even trading right now.

OHNOES don't science me!!!!!!!!1111

Oh, I forgot to mention this to the Halo fans, but I took great pride in making a lot of money from shorting the Halo movie. The Halo movie ended up getting bumped farther away from being made... and I enjoyed EVERY single cent I profited from that bad news.

BURN HALO BURN
